What we haul
- Drywall, lumber, framing, trim and plywood

- Mixed remodel debris from kitchens, bathrooms and additions
Heavy materials like concrete, brick, roofing and dirt are quoted separately — tell us what and how much.
Why city pickup won't cover it
Construction debris is one of the clearest lines in every program we checked. San Antonio's curbside bulky collection refuses construction, roofing and demolition material, concrete and soil and rocks; its drop-off centers accept construction materials and lumber only up to one cubic yard per visit and refuse concrete and soil. Helotes refuses construction debris and roofing; Universal City refuses contractor and landscaper debris; Windcrest refuses construction debris. A remodel produces far more than one cubic yard, so a hauler is the practical answer.
Pricing
Construction debris is typically a full trailer — from $595 (about 448 cubic feet); smaller jobs, like a single demolished vanity, can be priced as a half trailer from $345 or a single item from $95. We quote from photos and confirm before we start.
| Size | Starting at | Typical job |
|---|---|---|
| Single Item | from $95 | One large item — curbside or in-home pickup, sweep-up included. |
| Half Trailer | from $345 | Up to half of our 16′ × 7′ × 4′ dump trailer. The usual choice for garage, room and furniture cleanouts. |
| Full Trailer | from $595 | A full trailer load (about 448 cubic feet) — construction debris, estate and property cleanouts. |
Final price depends on volume. You'll always get a clear quote before we start — no hidden fees.
