Demolition and haul-off together
Tearing something down is half the job; the other half is where it goes. San Antonio's curbside program refuses construction and demolition material, roofing, concrete and soil and rocks, and its drop-off centers accept only up to one cubic yard of construction material per visit. We take down the structure and load the debris ourselves.

Light demolition is quoted from photos because size, material and access drive the cost. Debris hauling follows our standard tiers — a half trailer from $345, a full trailer from $595 — and we confirm the total before we start.
