How we run an estate cleanout
These jobs are emotional as much as physical, so the order matters: you or your family go through first — keepsakes, documents, valuables, anything you want to sell or donate. Then we walk the property with you, agree on what leaves, and do the heavy part: furniture, appliances, boxes, bagged items and everything in the garage, shed or yard. What it costs
A whole-house or property cleanout is usually a full trailer — from $595 (about 448 cubic feet of hauling space), and a large property can take more than one load. We offer a free on-site estimate for big jobs so the number is firm before we start.

What the City won't take
